I purchased this to replace my old T3 travel dryer that finally died on my last trip. It lasted for almost 10 years so I hope this new one will last as long.The new dryer has some nice improvements: three heat settings instead of two, a devoted cold shot button, the concentrator snaps on and doesn't fall off, automatic voltage selection, and the travel bag is nicer.A couple of reviewers have mentioned that this dryer doesn't have much heat. Check the cold shot button! When I first turned on my new dryer, there was no heat on any of the heat settings. Then I tried the cold shot button and the heat worked with no problem. The button position looks the same whether the cold shot is on or off.
