For under $20 you can't beat this set!And it's a good quality for the price too. Easy to close and open. I've been using them for several months and they are still easy to close! I have other silicone bags that were more expensive that not longer lock closed! What a waste!A good variety of sizes too! I've used these for the freezer & fridge storage.Would definitely recommend!I really like these, but I've seen versions that have a flatter base that allows you to stand them up for filling and drying which is preferable. These are a very nice weight, the slide worked really well on all of them, and the feel is nice and thick. Washing them is easy (although I haven't yet tried to clean them of anything greasy), but drying requires getting into the sides and corners with a towel very tightly. When I didn't get them completely dry I could see the water when they laid down, which was great actually because then I knew to go back and dry them better. I fear they would mold if you didn't get them completely dry, but that would be true of any reusable bag of this type.Nice size distribution, although I would have taken less of the smallest to get another of the largest. I feel like we will be using these for at least a few years.The Proigtz food storage bags are reusable zip lock bags, as advertised. They are made of sturdy silicone. The different colored closures for different sized bags, depending on how you store them, make it handy to grab the size you want. We found the zip lock to be tight, waterproof, and easy to open and close. The rounded corners make the bags easy to clean. I will use them often and envision getting great use out of the set. I definitely would recommend them to friends. One caveat is that they retain the odor of strong-smelling foods, such as cut onions. We’ll have to see if the smell dissipates with repeated washings. I imagine it will. All in all, these are what we expected them to be.These are a fairly priced and great replacement for Ziplocs or other non-reusable plastic bags. I can't recommend this set enough!I starting using these when my child needed an ice pack with water added. It sealed very well without any mess. The bag was left in the sink overnight and still did not leak even when all the ice melted. It was nice to see the quality of these food storage bags right from the beginning. I have found they are easy to clean out and reuse. I really enjoy the feeling of not having so much waste with normal plastic bags.Thee seal tightly even after multiple washes. We do hand wash them but it’s quick and easy. Mostly these are used for snacks or to hold small items during travel. So far they have held up :)There are plenty of these handy little bags for your everyday use. So much better than throwing away plastic storage bags or even trying to reuse them.Leak test: fill with water. Turned upside down, squished it a bit. Squished it a bit harder, dropped it on the floor. Set a plate on top of it. No leakage!Stain test: Filled with spaghetti sauce and squished it around. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Emptied the bag,turned it inside out and washed with warm water and soap. Some red staining remained. Not bad though. May build up over time. Will wait and see.Dishwasher test: washed in top rack of dishwasher. Put it back through the leak test afterwards....no leaks!Freezer test: Filled half way with water, froze solid. Ran warm water over it to defrost. Put through leak test again...no leaks!I would definately reccomend these if you don't like to use disposable items. I will have to look into how to dispose of them once they don't work anymore. I'm hoping that is some time from now.If you're anything like me, and you have a bunch of plastic containers and lids all over the place, these bags may be your new favorite thing. They truly are mine.I use them all the time. For food and non-food uses.I love them for food storage - I put leftover meat or veggies and store them in them. I grate my own cheese and store it in them as well, I store a 1lb block in them as well. I also use them for storing ice in the freezer. Liquid doesn't escape from them, once sealed - you could use them for soups to freeze as well.I have used the bags to hold things like batteries, makeup, vitamines for travel, and so much more.To wash, I put some soap and water inside and squish it all around, then use a scrub brush. To dry them, I simply use a tall bottle (like a wine bottle, etc) to put them on at an angle, and they dry easily for me. You can also turn them inside out and dry them that way, then when they dry, turn them back and wipe down the outside.I highly recommend them, they are nice and thick, better than plastic single-use bags.
