I bought this bag in April of 2022. I’ve used the bag for about 3 overnight trips and two 3-5 day trips. Initially I like the bag a lot, however recently I took it as a carry on for a 5 day trip. The should strap buckle (metal part) broke before I got to my airline gate. So far the main zipper and internal zippers work well but I question the long term use and durability of the materials if the metal buckle broke so soon. The jackets arrive moderately wrinkled, and i have to take extra care to be sure the shirts are well placed to keep them from being wrinkled. The clasps at the bottom of the bag help but only so much. I’ve found Im able to include tshirts and workout clothes in the bag as well and appreciate the additional internal pockets. I just wish the shoulder strap was more durable and I’d be able to use it longer.UPDATE: October 2022. Seller contacted me regarding my concern for the should strap buckle breaking and gave me options on how to “make it right”. The seller was responsive and resulted in a good outcome for my use of this product.I LOVE this bag! I travel very often for work and it gets tossed around a lot and has held up well over the last few months. However, the clip on the strap just snapped after a few months. I can’t seem to find an option to order a replacement strap. Other than that, it’s a great purchase. Easy to clean and has a lot of space and compartments.Used this for a cruise and it was absolutely perfect. Great size and holds so much more than I ever thought it could. I didn’t have to check any bags for my 7 day cruise, it fit everything and I pack like I’m leaving for a month. It was unbelievably easy to pack and unpack. If it had wheels it would be the icing on the cake. Great quality super cute and so incredibly handy. Love this bag.Great travel bag....holds 8 to 10 shirts or jackets along with plenty of room for other clothes!!I had this product for a while before I actually had to use it for travel. When I tried to use it, I noticed that there was a minor defect on the zipper locks (both male connectors). I tried to reach out to the company who sold it and even though the date of purchase was over their return policy, they were nice enough to replace my bag with a new one. It's really durable and so easy to carry around. It can fit easily on overhead bins, and you can put so much stuff in it. Perfect suit and duffle bag combo, definitely great for business trips. Highly recommended.I traveled to Europe with this bag, I put 3 suits in it around 7 shirts, 2 pairs of shoes and Sandals and I still had space. Took it as carry-on.Very well designed. The one bad thing is that the leather scratches easily.But functionally and looks is why I gave it 5 stars.Hopefully it lasts a couple more trips.For the price point of this bag, it was much larger and much nicer looking in person than we assumed it would be. After use, it folds up very nicely and does not take up too much space.I actually haven't used the bag yet but as long as it meets carry on requirements I'll be happy with it. The bag looks great and appears much more expensive than it actually is. Lots of pockets. I would definitely recommend this product.Why was it advertised as leather ,when it is only plastic .A total dishonest statementThis is a great well designed luggage/suite bag. It has lots of little separate compartments and can hold a vast amount of clothing, shoes, suits etc. Great value for money. Highly recommended.Great quality bag. Real leather, well made, and room for suit/shoes, shirts etc.All in one smart carry bag. A real good buy.Good sized, versatile nice looking bag however the zips move apart when bag is full, no way of locking themThis was returned
