Order at or below your size! I usually wear a 12.5 shoe. 13 in these was way too big. Easy return/exchange for a 12, which fits perfectly. Loses one star because there is already a slight "kink" in one of the straps, where the material has twisted inside. Does not affect anything, really, but I can "feel" it.
