I love my big Litter Lifters and I did not know it was possible to be so enthusiastic about a litter scoop. I find them plenty durable, but I'm easy on my things. (When my first litter scoop, not a Litter Lifter, cracked after four years, I was disappointed until I realized it had been four years.) I got the travel size because I was being clumsy with the full size. I use Litter Genies (also awesome) and the full size scoop is so big that I was always spilling. Totally my fault, but I thought the smaller size would help because I couldn't scoop so much that it would be hard to dump into the Genie. I was right! As a bonus, the travel size Litter Lifter fits in the litter scoop holder that hooks on the side of the Litter Genie. It doesn't fit super well, but well enough to be usable.
