I purchased this bag in September for a November golf trip to Hilton Head Island. It split open during the return trip. When I contacted this seller to exchange, I was told that I was outside of the 30-day window, and they would not help. I contacted MacGregor, in hope of having better luck. While they were very helpful and did some checking, the answer they came back with was that the bag I purchased was not from Macgregor (possibly through another buyer) and they couldn't help as the Amazon number didn't match anything in their records.Buyer Beware!
