Purchased this for my husband for an upcoming trip to Rome. Hope it works well.Great for essentialsI bought this after hearing about the tenacity and skillfullness of the pickpockets in Italy. I can tell you that this money belt performed perfectly. Some of the places we stayed at didn’t provide an in room safe for our travel documents, cash, etc...., but with this money belt, ( which is relatively undetectable if not over stuffed) I was able to carry both passports, ID and credit/debit cards, money and cellphone in a sleek and secure manner. I personally wore the waist strap about at belt level and the wallet portion tucked discreetly into the front of my pants.......sure it was a little weird pulling it out of my pants but the security it provided far outweighed the minor awkwardness....and you can retrieve the wallet portion without undoing your pants. I can’t attest to the performance of the rfid blocking, but haven’t had any questionable charges with any cards that have been reported, so I guess that’s good. Great performance for the price!I liked the flatness of the money belt made with RFID blocking materials and the size and multiple compartments that can hold cell phones, passport, money & many more items. I also really like the slide in compartment in the back of the belt which is secured by a velcro & make it easier to take air ticket or passport out without having to unzip each time. The only bad part about it was the velcro piece was not sewn on well on the belt I received and only a few threads was holding it in place (see pics). With constant opening and closing on the velcro tab, it would have come off eventually. With that exception, everything about the belt was great.I use this product to carry valuables/cash when I travel. If that is your purpose then be aware that it will set off the metal detector at airport security. It will need to be removed and run through the scanner and anyone who is around now knows you are carrying valuables.No good for traveling through airports.In preparation for a trip to Germany I wished to get a good, reliable moneybelt. I compared a number offered on Amazon and narrowed it down to three. I selected this one as it had the characteristics I was looking for, was well rated and used YKK zippers.I was not dissapointed. The belt is roomy, sturdily made, comfortable with a nice, broad adjustable clipped belt and fits very flat to the body. The larger of the two front top-zippered pockets has two sections. The back pocket (against the body) is side-access and designed to breath. It is velcro secured.I am no industry expert but am quite happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone.I purchased this belt for a European vacation that took me from Turkey to Greece and then to Rome. The belt that I purchased was awesome. I wore it under my shirts or tucked into my pants where it is always accessible. It was not bulky and I could neatly carry and organize money, passports, and room keys. If I did not tell you I had one on you would never have known it. If you are going to do any kind of traveling where you will encounter crowds, this belt is a must!This belt was very good for traveling. I wore it under my shirt near my waist. It contained 2 cell phones, several credit cards, money and my passport. It was pretty comfortable- in fact at one point, I panicked a little as I didn't feel it there, but it was there - I had just gotten used to it. I was on a very long flight - 16+ hrs and had a 15 hr time change so I was very tired and a tad disoriented so it was very nice not to worry about my important documents. The free RFID Theft protection sleeves were a nice bonus. All in all it was one less thing to worry about on a long exhausting trip. I will definitely use it again.
