Was excited to get this book, but most of the tips in this book are dated and for store front agencies. We are a home based agency and didn't really find the tips or ideas that useful. I am giving it 2 stars as we have gotten 3-4 ideas out of the 332 but otherwise, we feel this book was a waste of money for us.
