10/27/24 UpdateStill loving this purchase! They were used all summer when we had people over. I hand washed and sit dried the shoes after each event. They have held up well! You can see some wear on the edges of the medium size, and some are a bit stretched since some people have wider feet but they're not unusable. These were probably the best purchase of the summer and I'll be buying a second set. I still wish they had a small size for kids and my adult family members with small feet.-----------------------------------------------------------05/24/24We do not wear our shoes inside our house. My husband's family does not wear their shoes inside their homes. My family...not quite on the same page. It was never a big deal until we moved.Unfortunately, the entryway is close-ish to the back door, and the floor is not carpeted. So people want to "just real quick scoot across the room" and not take off their shoes since they're "going right back outside" and having to take them off, untie, put them on and retie them takes so long and is such a pain for "such a short distance"... It gets old and started to become unnecessarily dramatic. Seriously. All of a sudden...over shoes?Anyway, these bad boys saved a lot of b*ing AND makes it so much easier for everyone who visits. We got them in time for our annual Mother's Day cookout with both our immediate families. Small gathering of about 30. These house shoes can be worn with socks, so no one HAS to go barefoot. Everyone said pretty comfortable and felt pretty stable walking in them. The 2 sizes were able to be used by all the adults. It was actually easier for everyone to grab a pair, slip them on, walk out on the back deck, and then skip them off when coming back inside than to deal with their tennis shoes and being yelled at to take them off or go back out the front door.I wish there was a bundle that also included small size . Six of the kids tried to use them, with varying degrees of success. Foot size and colors of the medium vs large had the biggest impact, especially since blue was only in large and one simply must wear their favorite color! Having a variety of colors in a small size is the only thing that could make this particular purchase, better.These are billed as washable, which is helpful since they're being worn outside. Also, no one's slippers got labeled. Even though we're family, it's good to wash between wearers. I haven't thrown them in the washing machine yet, so I can't speak yet to how they'll hold up, over how many washes, etc.Overall, these were well worth the price. We'll probably end up buying another set so we have enough for Thanksgiving.
