I originally gave this bag a 3*** review concerning the stitching and zipper quality. I was immediately contacted by the company offering me a full refund. But I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a bag that worked for me. The size and compartments are just what I want—plenty of space to keep items separated and waterproof sections. Looks like it will hold a lot and pack quite flat as well. I sent photos of the issues on my bag and they said it was definitely a manufacturing defect and they offered to send me a new bag. The new bag arrived in just a few days and was free of defects. It was a little crunched from arriving in cold weather, so I took a warm hairdryer and smoothed out the shape to perfection. Zippers worked well. The best part was knowing how responsive the company (Fishers Finery) was to my concerns and how eager they were to “make it right”. I work in customer service and want to give them credit for standing behind their product. Buy this! It’s a great bag for an amazing price!
